I support people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body to begin feeling calmer, more grounded, and more at ease in everyday life.

My work combines trauma-informed breathwork, body awareness, and gentle, consent-led touch to support your nervous system in settling and building capacity over time.

When the body has been under pressure for a long time, it can hold patterns of tension, stress, and protection. These patterns aren’t something you need to force or fix, they need the right conditions to soften.

This work creates those conditions.

Rather than pushing for release or change, sessions are guided at your pace, helping your system feel safe enough to begin unwinding what it’s been holding.

Over time, this can support a reduction in anxiety, a greater sense of calm, and a more connected relationship with your body.

Whether you’re experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, or simply feel disconnected from yourself, each session meets you where you are.

This is a space to slow down, listen to your body, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

You don’t need to have the words for what you’re feeling, just a willingness to begin.
