A Gentle Nervous System Reset

The Reset Room is a short, guided session designed to help calm the nervous system and bring the body out of the constant state of pressure many people experience in everyday life.

When we move through busy days filled with responsibilities, deadlines and emotional demands, the body can remain in a heightened state of alertness. Over time this can lead to feelings of overwhelm, mental busyness, irritability or difficulty switching off.

The Reset Room offers a simple pause within the day.

Through gentle breathwork, body awareness and grounding practices, the session supports the nervous system in settling and returning to a more balanced state.

This session is designed to be accessible and supportive, even if you have never tried breathwork or meditation before.

The intention behind the Reset Room session is to leave people feeling:

• calmer and more grounded
• mentally clearer
• physically softer in the body
• more able to continue their day with ease

Sometimes even a short pause can make a meaningful difference to how we feel.

What to Expect

The Reset Room is a 30-minute guided session focused on calming and regulating the body.

The session may include:

Grounding and Body Awareness
Simple practices to help you reconnect with your body and shift attention away from mental busyness.

Regulating Breathwork
Guided breathing techniques designed to slow the nervous system and create a sense of internal steadiness.

Gentle Movement
Light stretching or releasing movements to reduce physical tension.

Guided Body Scan
A short practice that helps soften areas of tightness and bring awareness back to the present moment.

The pace is calm and supportive, allowing the body to gradually settle.

Who the Reset Room is For

The Reset Room is particularly supportive for people who feel:

• overwhelmed by everyday life
• mentally busy or stuck in overthinking
• anxious or restless
• unable to switch off
• emotionally stretched by responsibilities

Many people attend simply because they need a short space to pause and reconnect before returning to the rest of their day.

The Reset Room is guided using a trauma-informed approach.

You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and adjust practices to suit your body.

There is no pressure to share personal experiences or perform practices in a certain way.

You are welcome to simply arrive, breathe and allow the body to settle.
