Relax Room
A Space to Slow Down and Unwind
The Relax Room is a gentle space designed to help the body and mind shift out of the busyness of everyday life and into a state of calm.
Many of us move through the day carrying mental pressure, physical tension and a constant stream of thoughts. Even when we try to rest, it can feel difficult to fully switch off.
The Relax Room offers a quiet pause where you can simply slow down and allow the body to unwind.
Through guided regulated breathwork, body awareness and meditation, the session supports the nervous system in settling and restoring a sense of ease.
You don’t need any previous experience with meditation or breathwork. Everything is guided in a simple and supportive way.

Intended Outcome
The intention behind the Relax Room session is to leave people feeling:
• calmer and more grounded
• physically softer and less tense
• mentally clearer
• more able to rest
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for our wellbeing is simply allow ourselves time to pause.
What to Expect
Each Relax Room session gently guides you through a sequence designed to calm the nervous system and release tension held in the body.
Practices include:
Regulating Breathwork
Simple breathing techniques to slow the nervous system and signal safety to the body.
Guided Body Scan
A gentle practice that brings awareness to different areas of the body, helping release physical tension and reconnect with the present moment.
Unwind Meditation
A guided meditation designed to help the mind settle and the body soften into deeper relaxation.
The pace of the session is slow and restorative, allowing you time to gradually transition out of the pace of daily life.
Who the Relax Room is For
The Relax Room is ideal for people who feel:
• mentally busy or overwhelmed
• physically tense or tight in the body
• unable to fully switch off
• drained by daily responsibilities
• in need of a calm space to reset
Many people attend simply because they rarely give themselves permission to pause and rest.
A Gentle and Supportive Space
The Relax Room is guided with a trauma-informed approach, meaning you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.
You are free to:
• rest quietly at any point
• adjust positions to suit your body
• simply observe if you prefer
There is never any pressure to share or participate beyond what feels comfortable.
The intention is simply to offer a calm and supportive environment where the body can relax naturally.
