Community is at the core of what I offer as a Therapeutic Breathwork and Bodywork Facilitator and with this comes giving back wherever possible.

As Directors of PIECE OF WELLNESS (Community Interest Company), myself and Debbie Clay facilitate a 'Grief Support Circle' at The Blacksmith's Barn in Bredhurst twice a month on a Tuesday evening 18:45-19:45. 

Our organisation provides a compassionate and supportive space for individuals in the local community who are experiencing grief following the loss of a loved one. Grief is multi-faceted and often difficult to navigate alone; our aim is to bring people together to foster healing, connection, and resilience during this challenging time.
