I believe the body carries both our stories and our resilience. Through conscious connected breathwork, mindful (consented) touch, and body awareness, I support clients in unwinding old patterns, expanding their capacity for ease, and returning to a more natural sense of flow.
My approach is gentle, trauma-sensitive, and deeply heart-centered.
