A Warm Welcome to Healing Breath

When your body won’t relax and your mind won’t switch off, you don’t have to face it alone.

If you’re living with ongoing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a constant sense of tension in your body, there’s a reason talk alone hasn’t helped.

Your nervous system may still be holding what your mind has tried to move past.

Hi, I’m Clare.

I’m a trauma-informed Breathwork and Bodywork Facilitator based in Kent, supporting people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of stress and anxiety.

My approach draws from conscious connected breathwork, bodywork, hypnotherapy, and EFT,  always adapted to you, your pace, and your nervous system.

You don’t need to “push through” or relive anything. This work is about listening to your body and responding with care.

What we do

Below are a variety of ways you can work with Healing Breath.

Breathwork and Soundbath Circle

Workshops and Circles

Discover a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your inner world.

In a world where we spend the majority of our time disconnected, these are a great way to release and let go of what is no longer serving you.

These circles are thoughtfully curated to create a safe and nurturing experience as you connect with your body and whatever arises during your breathwork experience.

You can request your own personalised circle with friends.

Personal Support

Experience a one-to-one journey, where you can gently explore practices that invite ease, connection, and clarity.

Held in the familiarity of your own home, these sessions offer an opportunity to tune into your body and breath in ways that enable you to connect with your body's story.

Embodiment practice circle

Wellness at Work

Enhance your workplace culture with wellness sessions designed to help employees navigate stress, connect with their bodies, and build resilience.

These facilitated sessions combine practical tools, body awareness techniques, and conscious breathing practices to empower individuals in meeting workplace challenges with greater ease and confidence.

Festivals/Events

We provide tailor made services based on the needs of festivals/events, ranging from breathwork, embodiment practices and meditations.

Breathing and Nervous System Support

I offer trauma-informed 1:1 sessions that work with the body and nervous system, not just the mind.

Rather than talking about your experiences, we work gently with breath, awareness, and embodied practices to help your body:

  • Come out of survival mode
  • Release held tension and stress
  • Feel safer and more regulated
  • Rebuild trust in your own sensations and emotions

Sessions are paced, supportive, and always led by what feels safe for you.

Community Circle

Community

Healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. In my circles and sessions, you are held in a supportive, heart-led space where you can feel seen and understood.

Community regulates the nervous system, builds inner safety, and reminds you that you’re not alone on your healing path.

Connection

Connection is the essence of heart-centered healing, connection to breath, to body, to emotions, and to your inner truth.

As you reconnect with yourself, you naturally connect more deeply with others, strengthening relationships and creating harmony in your life.

Creative Circle

Creativity

Creativity is the energy that restores aliveness, intuition, self-expression and possibility.

Through movement, breathwork, visualisation and intuitive practices, I help you unlock the creativity that has been held beneath stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm.
